Koehn Bakery has been a part of the Butler community since 1981. It all started with a simple idea and determination —the original owner began by selling donuts out of his car, building the business one customer at a time.

What grew from those early days became a small-town bakery known for quality, consistency, and the kind of food people come back for.

Today, we’re continuing that legacy with a fresh vision, while still using original recipes. Our goal is simple: serve great food, make every customer feel welcome, and create a place people genuinely enjoy coming back to.

Every day, our team is baking fresh donuts, cinnamon rolls, cookies, breads, pies, and pastries using recipes that have stood the test of time—along with new favorites we’re excited to share. Alongside the bakery, we serve a full lunch menu and recently we’ve built a full coffee experience with handcrafted drinks made just the way you like them.

Whether you’re stopping in for your morning coffee, picking up something for your family,  or grabbing a treat just because—it matters to us that your experience is a good one.
